Is there other political parties besides democrats and republicans?

I'm not sure about a 40 state blow out, but your probably right in that Obama will win no contest. If you look at the republican field right now no one is really polling that great against the president. Then again its still very early... I'm going to vote in the republican primary anyway.

The Democrats put candidates up against Nixon and Reagan. The Republicans put candidates up against FDR. Even an incumbent is very likely to a win, a challenger gives voters options so they don't feel frustrated and disenfranchised.

What's more, an opposing candidate will raise issues that an incumbent might never address if not for that challenger. This is GOOD.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
