Why don't americans ever vote for another political party besides democrats and republicans?

There are tons of political parties that nominate candidates every election. It is just that dems and the gop are the most popular among the presidential office. Every candidate can run but they usually don't get that much support for a campaign.

The libertarian nominee was gary johnson the green party nominee was jill stein Some smaller parties like the tea party don't even bother because they know their candidate will not win. Etc etc.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
