Depends on what you're looking for... For the most part, I buy media (books, cd's DVDs) online. The first place I check for CDs is djangos.com. I of course don't mind buying used...they sell new items, but the used ones are the cheapest, and often there are sales like free shipping.
They also have new and used DVDs and from time to time they also have the best price. If I'm looking for new, I go to deepdiscount.com, they often have the best prices on CDs and DVDs new online, and they have recently started selling books and video games, and the prices seem pretty good. The best thing about this site is it's no shipping.
Most recently I bought the Lily Allen CD for $8.98 shipped. The other site I always check is www.addall.com. That site is for books, but there are tabs for other types of media as well...dvds @ www.amoviearea.com, CDs at www.amusicarea.com and magazines at www.amagazinearea.com, if you want to go there directly.
This is a comparison shopping site and will check many of the sites I otherwise would normally check individually like buy. Com, or Overstock, Amazon, even eBay. For technology I like www.pricewatch.com, another comparison shopping site.
Generally I find the comparison shopping sites are great because they cover so much ground. Basically for anything else I might want to go to different comparison shopping sites because I can hit so many sites with them. I use www.dealtime.com, www.pricegrabber.com, and www.djangos.
Com0. Of course, for used anything, and even new somethings, eBay is often the best place to buy, but I tend to prefer www.djangos. Com1, which if you live in a city of any size you probably have access to...because you can hook up with real people and just go look at the item in person ad buy if you're interested...people don't tend to look as much to make a profit as they do on eBay.
A few places For books, half. Com ebay. Com bookfinder.Com (a meta-search engine for books.
It covers half. Com, abebooks, alibris, and amazon, but not ebay.) For dvd's ebay. Com craigslist For clothes sierratradingpost.
Com (lots of outdoor gear, some causal and business wear.) For other random stuff, ebay. Com, though it depends. Some stuff is no cheaper on ebay than elsewhere.
For things that have collector's value, like vintage audio equipment or pocket knifes and such, it is the same as other web retailers. But for things like electric toothbrush replacement heads, it is much cheaper. Rarely, Amazon (for refurbs, sales, etc.) .
My favorite deal websites... This one is the most popular, and also effective: dealnews.com Another one I visit regularly: dealsea.com I will also suggest the price comparison websites: pricegrabber.com dealtime.com nextag.com bizrate.com Also Shopping.yahoo. Com froogle.com If you can, also check out EBay and Amazon for a feel of prices. In reality, there is only so much you can do.
Most of time I would just shop for convenience without checking out the web too much. Also, finding a great bargain or not really depends on your timing. So many times I would just have to settle with an "ordinary" deal, or no deal.

You get what you pay for My best deals have been on eBay from sellers who don't know what their item is worth. You have to watch the listings every day and catch them as the item is added or else someone will scoop it out from under you. I can say Amazon is not the place to look for bargains :) Webkinz, a stuffed to that retails for about $12, are $30-$150 including shipping on Amazon.
Horrifying! Sources: My opinion .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
