Yes, there was study published on the cbs news website about this. It says: "After years studying postpartum depression in new moms, a recent study suggests that new dads can get depressed, too. About 14 percent of mothers and 10 percent of fathers suffer from moderate or severe postpartum depression, according to the study in the August issue of the journal Pediatrics."

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
