By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!
A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. As you are over 200 lbs you may lose a bit faster than that. In 12 weeks I would say 25lbs or so.
The thing to make sure is that you are losing weight in a healthy way. Doing cardio (treadmill, bike, elliptcal) and weights will help to speed up fat loss. Also, you need to make sure you are eating a balanced diet with protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats in every meal.
Protein sources: chicken turkey tuna/fish egg whites whey protein powder (isolate) etc. Healthy fat sources: almonds/nuts (1oz per meal) natural peanut butter (1 tbsp max per meal) egg yolks olive oil etc. Healthy carbohydrates: lettuce spinach blueberries.
A realistic goal is to lose 1-2 lbs per week. :) Good luck, and congratulations on your step towards a healthier lifestyle!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
