Is this normal? My god-daughter is 3months old, but she's 27 and a half inches long and weighs 20lbs.?

Is it after school care or overnight/late night on a Friday/Saturday. The former expect almost nothing but the latter $10 -15 an hour.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
