I believe that it will be left up to the courts and the Governors of our individual states (and yes, they will have some pull). Will the Repubs fight to delay things? Of course they will.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
