The ACA is imploding by itself; The notion you could add all these pre-exisiting conditions to the "Risk Pool" and simply pay for it by forcing young/healthy people to buy plans they did not need was foolish The current result: Young/healthy haven't purchase plans in the numbers required meanwhile pre-exisiting conditions cost have sky rocketed , the result increase premiums and deductibles meanwhile the plans are shrinking coverage to a point its basically Medicaid plus, and that has angered many middle class people of the type of coverage's, with the closing of the NY City CO-OP you cannot purchase a plan which has Sloan Kettering in network take a middle class family of four: $1,100 per month =13,200 plus 4K deductible - 17,200 out of pocket before the plan kicks in then its either 40/60 or 30/70 split for a Plan which is Medicaid plus.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
