It must be time for dark chocolate! What kind do you recommend? I am really fond of almonds in my dark chocolate as well?

NUTTY CHOCOLATE ------------------------------ INGREDIENTS --------------------- 200g cooking chocolate, 2tbsp(30ml), water , 4 eggs, 12tsp (5ml), vanilla essence, 4 tbsp (60g) sugar, powdered, a little cream for decoration(optional), a few almonds, roasted and sliced for decoration Melt chocolate with two tbsp water over hot water and keep aside. Beat together over double boiler egg yolks, vanilla essence and sugar until thick and creamy. Fold in the melted chocolate ans pour into a glass dish.

Chill in the refrigerator overnight. To serve: -------------- Pipe a ring of whipped cream around the edge and scatter the top roasted almond slices on top.

See's candy is the best. I also like Lindt chocolates.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
