I preordered the game from Amazon using my credit card about a month ago, decided that I no longer wanted it and could use the money. Contact Amazon I think it might depend on when the game comes out. The orders might be sitting in cue and not be activated until the game comes out. You should probably contact Amazon again.

You will want to check your bank account for the time period of the order and confirm if you were charged for the amount this pre-order is for; and if for some reason you were, then you will need to be pro-active and contact Amazon.com customer service for help in this problem.
