Jews: In the Hebrew Bible, in the Book of Proverbs, what is the significance and insight of this particular passage?

There will be a "Safe City" when that Servant of Is. 52 & III Nephi is marred more than even the Son of man in the mid-west of Is. 18's land shadowing with wings , where it says God shall dwell .

This has to happen ( according to Mat. 22:44 ) before Jesus can return to the mid-east with his Paradise people , who he is to prepare for no longer than1000 years so they will be able to handle the Father's brighter Light . Or else even the Elect will have to partake of the 2nd Death .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
