Kpop Audition Questions for SM?

There have been some mixed race people but I've only seen fully white people in indie groups (even then, very uncommon). So it's unlikely, especially if you're auditioning for one of the big companies. You don't technically have to be skinny, I can name a few kpop singers that were chubby (or are still chubby) but most of them, especially girls, are really thin.

Haii (: 1. I guess you have to be korean or at least part korean to become a kpop star. Because to start off with, it's called 'korean pop' for a reason (: not to sound offensive but it isn't ' german , american pop' or watever ~ LOOL~ The asian eyes bit was really offensive to me .

. But you wouldn't need 'asian eyes' because some of the k-pop stars actually have really big eyes, and not 'chinky' ones that most people think asians have 2. Yeah I guess you have to be skinny, because if you look at all the female kpop stars, they're all pretty skinny and some even underweight ~ But if SM doesn't think your skinny enough, during the trainee days, they'll make you workout and lose weight ~ 3.

You have to have at least 3 years of training on average . But for you as a non-korean/non-korean speaker, you would have to train WAY longer until you master the language or get really good at it . They will test you on your vocals and try and improve it, and they'll teach you how to dance (: and honorifics, respect all those things in order for you to become a successful kpop star .

4. 15 isn't a really good age considering you are a foreinger . Some kpop idols have trained for more than 7 years, and they are full koreans .

So it took them around 7 years for SM to behappy of their talent and let them debut. Knowing that, you would need way more time to train as you need to learn korean . .

It takes many years to master a language, possibly 6 to 7 years or even more . So you may be training for 14 years . .

. And debut at 29 . .

. . Or SM might just turn you down and tell you to come back once you've learnt korean .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
