Lindsay Lohan released from jail, goes to rehab? How does that work? 14 days in lieu of 90 days in jail?

Because the judge told her that she would be in jail until about the first week (maybe two) in august. And everyone knew that she was going to be released either sunday today (which she was at 1:35 a.m.) or tuesday. But she is a celberity (alexis neirs the girl from pretty wild only served 30 days of her 180 day sentecned.) if their is over-crowding they get released.

They are seperated from the general population and get special treatment. I don't know why ppl got so mad about it becasuie thats the way it is and always was and will always be. But she does have to serve the full 90 days in rehab (where she is right now bcease judge revel ordered her there right after she got released from lynwood.).

Non-violent offenders are often released early due to overcrowding and credits for good behavior. She also had to agree to go straight to rehab for 90 days which, according to her attorney, is "non-negotiable.
