Looking for the title of a children's book from the late 80s(?) about a family - Robin, Robinsons, Robbins, etc?

Looking for the title of a children's book from the late 80s(?) about a family - Robin, Robinsons, Robbins, etc One of the children had buck teeth. They had a family pet. The illustrations are great and the book is so very funny!

We used to check the book out from the school library and unfortunately, I didn't ever buy a copy of the book. My children are now grown - none of us can remember the title of the book - and I would love to find it! All suggestions welcome!

Finding children's book titles are among the toughest questions I see It can be frustrating because what you're describing sounds so very familiar, but it's still just out of my memory's grasp and I can't find anything that helps by searching the web. But, if you're really serious, I'd suggest you try asking the booksellers at Loganberry Books. They have a Stump the Bookseller service that deals primarily with finding children's books.It costs $2, but that's a pretty small price to pay for finding that loved book.

amazon.com/Swiss-Family-Robinson-Johann-... The only book I can think of reading as a child, that has a similar title is "Swiss Family Robinson", about a shipwrecked family. I don't recall it being particularly funny- even though it was a good book. Now of course if that is the book, finding the specific version you knew, may in itself be a challenge, as it is probably even out of print.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
