Mahalo 2.0 page view stats - Should we believe them?

I did an informal audit on a couple of pages and for both instances the number in analytics was actually lower than the amount on the page (Al Pacino says it only has 33 views from june 3 - june 10). We are still looking into the issue but for now you should expect your view counts to be slightly inflated.

Stats requiere some time to reflect trends. Sometimes there growth is not linear but exponencial since visists are not independent. You may have 24 people who wanted to see the Al Pacino page yesterday and they told their friends.

I think we need bigger numbers or a longer period of time to evaluate our pages and see if it is a smart choice to abandon them.

1. The page view stats are still under-reporting I believe--the revenue is not. 2.

All stats are 48 hours old on average. 3. The issue with page views being wrong has something to do with the data we're getting from the Google Analytics API.It's returning a different number back than we see in Analytics.

So, not sure what the exact details are, but sit tight and it should be fixed shortly.

It's actually normal that visits number increases. Good content,nice and plain design,well done SEO. Perfect formula for visits!

I've definitely been confused on this as well. Considering one of my pages with ~20 views have M$0.08 and another with ~70 has M$0.02.. while still more with many views are sitting at 0. It confuses me.

Plus I've had friends visit some pages and there are no increase. Or it will say it updated at 11pm but I'll have the same stats 2 or 3 days in a row. I think if we just wait it out it will get better.

Don't judge popularity over a day or two. Give it at least a couple weeks. It doesn't matter much yet, but I believe it will later.

I have noticed that too. But then today my Bob Marley stats shot up really quick from 2 views to like 100 or something like that, How strange.

I think that we should believe them 100% hands down Mahalo has done everything in there power to create and correctly manage all that they have to offer which is a search engine that cares and gives you the information and backs it up from people that have been in the same situation or has done the research to answer the question correctly! I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
