Mahalo Black Belt Test for @chriswingate: Pass! 3/3?

WOW I PASSED! And I was worried. I do want to thank the Mahalo staff members here, especially @coreymac, @lon, and Jason C for their encouragement, passing ideas back and forth and letting me speak my mind.

On the other side I do want to again thank @bunnyphuphu and @buddawiggi for their encouragement and friendship since I joined. Along with everyone else I became friends with here.

Hopefully @chriswingate .... you will be wearing one of these very soon. You certainly have put in the effort. I would say pass all the way.

I vote pass - Chris has been a great help to me here and I know he deserves the new bright and shiny belt of d.a.r.k.n.e.s. S I also vote WTF? If you don't!

We'll attack HQ with one of these eh!

Reasons why I think @chriswingate Will pass the black belt test. 1. He is rated #12 in questions with 343 questions 2.

He is rated #13 in answers with 1,390 3. Of those answers 590 or (42%) Which makes him good enough for #7 4. He has given back 11.13% of his earnings, which is a total of M$42.76 5.

Has a very nice Voting history… voting ALMOST everyday I am sure there are tons more reasons.... I think he will get a pass. Good Luck (^_^)V.

I say yes to @chriswingate getting the black belt for all reasons mentioned above, plus, he's in the top 125 in page management earnings since June 1, and 74th in the past week, so he's moving up the ranks in that aspect as well, managing 30 pages. Perhaps more importantly, Chris always speaks out passionately for his position on what he thinks will or will not work for Mahalo members, which in the final analysis are who power the site (though obviously the staff, headed by Jason, steer it).

Get down with your Black Belt self! That is beyond awesome and couldn't happen to a better candidate. Grateful for your friendship, support and candor!

I've had the privilege of working with chris on two pages that I VM with him and found him to be conscientious and easy to work with - I'm sure hell be sporting a black belt in no time!

I know I don't nearly have as much stamina for answering questions as chris. However I vote pass! , chriss is certainly extremely passionate and always interesting answers.

Kerry has been a long standing member of Mahalo since the greenhouse days. He single handedly built out many of our science, animals, and athlete pages. At one point he researched and suggested a list of golfers, and then methodically completed the pages.

Mithrandir is easily one of the most contentious, interesting and well rounded members of Mahalo. He's always willing to lend a hand in tasks, on the buzz team, on the how to team, etc. Better yet, when Mithrandir lends a hand, his work is always exceptional. On Mahalo Answers, Mith is a community member second to none.

He's always willing to help new users and is consistently kind and level headed even when questions heat up. I have a lot of respect for Mithrandir.Rob.

I only ever float in and out of Mahalo Answers because I've so much studying to do. But mithrandir is always here, he has been a constant presence on the site and his answers are always exemplary. No better man for it :).

What can I say... @mithrandir is a Mahaloian through and through. A great answerer, a great page manager, supportive, generous, engaged... a shoo-in for black. If anyone could go directly from brown to second degree black (without the points) mith would be the one.

Nina is what I consider to be a "professional". I don't say this lightly and believe that Mahalo only has a handful of these people here. Nina is contentious, smart, active and constantly strives to improve her work and in turn her earnings.

S collection of rescued damsels is beginning to become a storage nightmare. And his enemies fear him. Folklore suggests that the earliest stories about modern "superheroes" may have actually been inspired by the amazing feats performed by Opher - such as leaping tall orders in a single bound, and answering a difficult question faster than a speeding.... thing that goes really fast.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
