Use hg revert for just that file: hg revert -r REV path/to/deleted/file From the help for hg revert If a file has been deleted, it is restored. If the executable mode of a file was changed, it is reset If names are given, all files matching the names are reverted. If no arguments are given, no files are reverted.

Thanks! Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough but I couldn't find that info anywhere. – Pete Apr 11 at 20:28.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
