Mickey Rourke as Whiplash- did Marvel spend the whole costume budget on Iron Man's suit and have 17 bucks left over for the villain's?

I'm not an avid comic book reader, so I could be wrong, but in the more recent versions of Ironman, Whiplash looks like this:

I think that maybe marvel isn't skimping on the costume department, just trying to modernize and rationalize the costumes. Some of the villians/heros in their books cannot possibly be translated exactly, as they would look ridiculous. Imagine him in this: Which is also whiplash.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
