Well that depends on the race of your daughter. If she is black, NEVER in a million years. Also if she is black you need to consider up keep.
With black hair there are ways that it needs to be treated and at age 13, you cannot depend on her to handle that herself! If she is black I hope that its been getting relaxed EVERY SIX WEEKS because in the long run you will negatively affect the quality of her hair and that's not worth it! Keep in a hair dresser chair if you intend to keep relaxing because unless you can handle it yourself, there is a strong likely hood that all her hair could DROP OUT!
It is that serious! That's what happened to me at that age when my mom thought it was smart to start something she couldn't finish!
You have to tried this product called the In-styler I got one the other day but have not use it yet but what I have see I does a wonderful job of straighting the hair.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
