There are so many possibilities, and still so many questions. Does the cat favor one side over another? Has the lack of appetite been gradual or did it come suddenly?
Is the vomiting after it attempts to eat? What color is the vomit? Does it hide or otherwise have any changed behaviors?
Is it an outdoor cat? And there are probably other questions that may be important as well. You ought to get yourself and your cat to the vet if you really want to find out what's going on.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
