My 97 honda accord want turn over the lights and radio comes on but the car want turn over?

It could be a number of things going on with your car. I am not mechanic. But it could be your starter.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
