2 Go to the doctor. It could be something as simple as stiff baby syndrome, which is treatable with medication and I believe goes away after about a year. Or it could be a sign of cerebral palsy.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
