I suffer from palpitations, or PVCs, with sometimes 14,000 per day. I suffer from several heart conditions including end stage heart failure, so I am pretty familiar with the feelings you suffer from. The extra beats can be a little frightening and/or anxiety producing, at least they were for me until I understood them.
The truth is, most people have PVCs. They aren't dangerous if you have no underlying condition. A trick that works very well for me is doing a valsalva maneuver, similar to bearing down to have a bowel movement.
You can also pinch your nose shut and blow through your mouth like you're blowing up a balloon. This works for me to stop a "run" of PVCs. I am also leaving a link for you to follow.
The key is to try your best to ignore them and if they persist try to narrow down a cause, i.e. Caffeine, anxiety (as you have described), nervousness, fatigue, dehydration, etc. Please let us know how you're doing. Take care.
I hope this helps a little. http://treato.com/PVC's,Valsalva+Maneuve...
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
