My boyfriend gets terrible anxiety attacks, we want to know what kind of medical help is out there?

When it comes down to it, it's a problem that he has to realize the source of. What I have done is allowed myself to feel the complete anxiety, had it increase to the highest possible degree, then realize that when it comes down to it, I will be fine. Medicine is not always the answer.

From experience I know that medication can make things worse, and that's what happened to me. But if you can conquer it on your own then you will have found that strength for whenever you need it.

As a person who suffered with anxiety attacks for years, I know full well what your boyfriend is going through. And it is pure hell. I had been to the hospital on a number of occasions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
