My club is incorporated or provincially registered. What is the coverage for the club and its members?

A. - Of course, club members who are RAC members would have their own liability coverage as RAC members. However, a provincially-registered club or corporation is a legal entity or "person", with its own assets.

To be covered by the RAC policy, the club must first be listed as a RAC-Affiliated Club which is without charge, and then pay a nominal annual fee to RAC for registration. "Registration" with RAC is optional, but there is no RAC insurance policy protection for the assets of incorporated or provincially-registered clubs, except that provided by the joint ownership of its assets by insured RAC members. The insurance company gives us no choice but to cover ALL the members of a RAC-registered club, whether or not they are RAC members.

We must be compensated for the coverage of non-RAC members, as they contribute no revenue to help pay for their coverage. The provincially-registered or incorporated RAC-affiliated club registration (and annual renewal) fees are shown on the Club ... more.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
