My cursor keeps getting stuck and won't move but my computer isnt frozen?

It's could be that the problem can be the port or something in the computer. Try to defrag your hard drive but if that won't help, than it might the port or the setting of your games. Or you can change the resolution and other setting in the game you are playing.

This is depend on your over all computer configuration.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
