The dual DVD drives are not a problem, but most off the shelf units will have only one. The second drive is about $20 for DVD burner. Most desktops have USB version 3 slots in the back, starting to see USB 3 on front panel now.
Audio jacks in most cases are 2, one on the front panel and one on back. Take audio from the computer to feed amplifier. Most sound cards and on-board sound cards are noise makers.
Most graphic cards have dual output but dual DVI ports. HDD of 1 Tb is small in today's world, I have 4 Tb of HDD plus two external 1 Tb each. For networking use wired connection to desktop, best connection.
For connection a laptop to the network you will need a router with wireless connections. Some modems are router too with wireless build in to the system. Quad core is standard today, but tomorrow CPU's are in 6 to 16 cores.
Intel is working on 80 core for a server application. Look for 64 bit processors, next OS will be 128 bit. Memory is going to be limited by the motherboard / CPU.
The 64 bit or 128 OS will handle about any amount of memory. But 32 bit has limit of 2^32 = 4 Gb of memory.
With all of your features, it would probably be a lot easier to build your own. Your hard drive is definitely not going to last ten years though. At the most they last five.
Plus you need to have a backup, whether it be online or another hard drive, if you want to safely secure all of that data. And getting a processor today, any processor, and still be considered fast ten years from now is not going to happen.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
