My dog aggressively barks at other dogs and sometimes people when first coming into contact w/ them?

VOLTAGE! It will work wonders on k-9's. It has never aggressivly barked at me,because it's still alive!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
