You don't know if you dog is dying. You DO know she's in pain with arthritis (probably) and sore paws. Both of these conditions are 100% treatable but, of course, she needs to see a Vet.
Losing a pet is very, very hard. I still grieve for dogs I have had that passed on. Your best source of info right now is your Vet.
He/she can advise you of ALL the options. If money is a problem for your parents, agree with them that Vet care for your dog will be your birthday or Christmas gift. I would not give up on a dog you obviously love who obviously loves you back.
Give her a chance. Ask a Vet how/what/where/why. (And ignore Batman.
There is no IQ test required, nor is there any sense of humanity required, to post on Yahoo. He is a very unhappy, perhaps unstable person, as witnessed by all of his posts. Sometimes you have to just ignore the haters and be grateful you aren't related to them!).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
