Nah, don't worry, you won't get fat in one day :) You'll probably barely notice any difference in 2 days because your body will balance the calories. Just eat salads tomorrow apart from the ramen because if you starve yourself since your eating 5 packs, your body will store all the ramen noodles as fat. Make sure you don't do this too often though, because the ramen noodles won't necessarily make you fat, but the sodium and trans fat in them may have a negative impact on your body in the long run.
Just look at the label... ramen is full of fat suprisingly and salt and its all empty calories; no nutritional value at all. It will also make you bloat and raise blood pressure and you will feel like poo.
I would not recommend this diet at all because it will almost completely lack any kind of nutritional value other than the calories it provides, and there's no fun in that. That being said, whether or not you gain weight depends only on how many calories you consume that day, and how many calories you spend that day. A net gain in calories is a gain in weight, where one pound is roughly 3200 calories.
The amount of calories your spend in a day is based on your metabolic rate and level of activity. You can Google "daily calorie calculator" for a quick estimate of how many calories you need per day to maintain your weight, but that is only an estimate.
No. Noodles are fairly low in calories, particularly when they're not fried. Besides one day of binging wouldn't drastically change your weight.
You may gain like half a pound but you'll probably lose it by the next day.
If you're binging just for fun, I don't know why you would worry/care about fat gain.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
