He is 3 months old. He is drinking water just not eating. He could have gotten in to something but not to sureif he did or what he did, but its apossibility.

Could be a kidney or bladder infection. Get him to the vet quickly. Dogs die from that in just a few days.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
