Wrong. If you plan on eating a large supper, we suggest that you eat four or five small meals throughout the day, just as you would normally do on the program. This will help in two ways.
You will eat less at supper and it will keep your metabolism fired up. The longer you go between meals the slower your metabolism becomes. This is why breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
After having not eaten overnight (usually 7 to 9 hours), your body needs that nutrition to jump-start your metabolism. Eat often, even if you are planning a large meal later in the day.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
