911 is for immediate emergencies, such as if that man was seen outside your window. Look up and call your police's non-emergency number for this if you choose to pursue it. I do not know if you should or what might happen, but if you're a minor and he is older, that right away might raise some red flags and the police might take action.
I do suggest you ask your parents' advice before you act.
There are phone numbers for non-emergency things like this. Calling 911 is only for immediate emergencies. The police could probably find out who's number it is and tell him not to text you again.
If he does text you again, they can probably pay him a visit... I don't know other than that :P.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
