I think he is a bit controlling for reason B especially. For reason A it depends on the situation. If she is sunbathing in public, then I understand why he would be mad but if it was private like in a backyard or something than he is unreasonable in my opinion.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
