Up to 50% and the amount depends on how long she was married to him. If she was with him the whole military career or a good portion than she can get half easily. Military guidelines are regardless of number of wives, they can get no more than 50% total.
I believe the most she can get is 50% of the pension, but that amount can be negotiated. Your boyfriend needs to see a lawyer who specializes in military divorces. If you were to marry him and he died, his military pension would end and you would receive nothing (and the ex-wife would also receive nothing).
But there are other income protections in place to help a spouse, which a military divorce lawyer can explain.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
