It could ba a parasite concern or impaction. What are the temperatures? Are you keeping the enclosure humid enough?

What substrate are you using? How are you heating the tank? Please go to my frog hub and post there, it will be easier to communicate there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
