She might not mind you dumping her cause her and ex is still fwb. In a sense you have been cheated on;. If she won't fess up to her part in this than maybe its time to move on friend because you could never trust her again in my opinion.

First of all im sorry that happened to you. I know it won't be easy but you have to break up with her, sexing,are you really sure he's just an ex now? Don't let your heart take over this one.

Let her go.. If they see it as acceptable they'll continue....and if its not with ex it will be someone else;You have to confront her more openly about it. You can';t just sit and let her deny it. Either you talk to her about it aggressively or \in an open minded manner.

Either wya your goal is to make her confess and admit to what she did. From there you have to talk about options. What can she do to stop and what can you do to make things better?

Definitely dump,,, that's just wrong & If you let her get away with it once & Then she will do it all the time cause she will know your a door mat for her to walk all over because she's knows or thinks you'll always take her back.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
