The simple answer is "yes". Virtually your entire Windows 7 install is on your C: drive, so if you reformat that, Windows 7 will be gone. The problem with your question as I see it is that you might get better and more helpful results with a different one; something like "How can I solve (describe problem here) without reformatting my hard drive?" might get you better results.
I could offer a different suggestion if I knew what problems you were having with your hard drive. If it's a mechanical problem (i.e.It's being noisy), then you really need to replace the hard drive, not reformat it. If the problem is something else, you might be able to fix it without a reformat, but without more information, there's no way I can help.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
