My Jack Chi is 14 and a half years old. What is the life expectancy average?

Average expectancy for Jack Russells is about 15 years. If your dog is in good health and not overweight, there's a good chance of living beyond that...extra weight can take a couple of years or more off of any animal. Remember that the average is just that...an average; average human expectancy is just over 75 years, but most people expect to live past that.My last dog died at 15, but he was a Redbone coonhound, a breed with an average expectancy of 12 years.

The oldest small dog I know was 19 when she died, so it really all depends on the level of care the dog has had and its current level of fitness, as well as the absence of serious health problems.

It is actually quite old for a dog so I wouldnt be surprised if it..........

Thank you for answer. Unfortunately, I lost my little Bobbie Nov. 18th 2010. He would have been 15 years old on Jan. 24th 2011.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
