Weak motor, probably. Going out on overload. Try spin cycle with no clothes, see what happens.
If it works then, the aforementioned is likely. Also, make sure clothes are evenly distributed. That too can cause an unbalanced cycle failure.
Thanks for your input. The motor seems to be running ok with or without clothes but the tub is not turning. I'm wondering if there is something jammed under the tub or if the belt is loose because its making a kind of grinding noise when you put it in the spin mode.
Years ago I had a problem with another washer failing to spin. It turned out that the pin that allowed the friction disc to drop into the spin position had corrosion on it so the tub wasn't engaging in the spin cycle. A little mystery oil took care of that problem.By the way, the machine is a Series 80 and its only 5-6 years old.
Thanks again for your input. Fxmfrank 1 day ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
