I know of a 15-year-old who died on a basketball court because of heart problems he never knew he had and I get nervous when anyone has an issue. Hopefully it's a pinched nerve and nothing, but best to know. It takes NOTHING to get an EKG and make sure it's all okay and is a smaller issue.

Could be anything from a pinched nerve in your neck to as AuntSassy said, a heart attack, Take an aspirin just in case and get to the ER .
