They get employed. They attend local community colleges for first two to three years of degree or programs leading to employment and good paying income wherever you. They transfer to state colleges for last two years of degree that actually leads to employment and good paying income.
Health insurance policy is least of your problems. Depending entirely on company policy U may have to GET your own personal policy, legally in USA.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
