Might be poop or pieces of tail There are two things this might be...1) In my experience, most fishes will sometimes have a big poop. It will look weird and big and clumpy, but it's poop. 2) If you don't clean the bowl often (2x/week for a normal "betta bowl", once a week if it's a gallon or more), some fishes will get "fin rot".

As a result, pieces of their tails and fins will fall off. If this is the case (look for dark coloring around teh edges of the fins), there are tablets available at the petstore that will help heal your fish. Keeping the tank clean (cleaning it out 2x/week and using water conditioner) will also help.

Sounds like... ...a bowel movement. Some Betta produce more "poop" than others. Just be glad it is in a lump and not loose - the latter are referred to as "dirty" Betta.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
