That is not considered grandfathered land. If his driveway cuts through your land and is is his only means of accessing public roads then that is called an Easement by Necessity.
I've known for three or four years now, since he put it in, that my neighbor's driveway is on my land (partly). I told him when he built it and even showed him the plot plan. We agreed he would do 'something' about it and that it was ok for him to leave the driveway as is for a few months.
Well, now I wonder if that was a mistake? How should I do this?
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
