No, there is no real way to "read" or find thew admin login password on any home router. They are not designed that way (each router is proprietary code), so basic hacking tools do not work well, if at all.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
