My rat I think is dying, hes got blood coming out of his eyes, hes wheezing and has hardly ate?

You really need to seek a vet who is familiar with rats. Wheezing is a sign of respiratory illness, and can become very severe if not treated. It's not bloody discharge, but porphyrin, which is not blood, but can be a serious sign of stress or health issues that need to be treated by a vet.

Take him to a veterinarian. Blood coming out of his eyes? Did he get out of his cage and possibly get injured?

Anything you can tell a veterinarian about the situation would help them determine what is wrong and possibly offer a solution for your pet.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
