I'm cooking chikkin and dumplins in the crock pot right now. But I don't use recipes. I just put tasty stuff in the pot and cross my fingers.So far, my luck has been pretty good.

Drop whatever sort of meat you like when you leave for work in the AM. Add a half bottle of BBQ sauce, and set it on low. When you get home from work, toss a brown-and-serve bread into the oven.

We've been making a wonderful cinnamon apple ice cream"topping" in the crock pot that would make a great dessert for the whole family--I leave out the raisins, though. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
