There are a ton of recipes on the internet. Just google: 'Crockpot recipes'.
Oh, Honey. I wish I had time to give them all. It's soooo easy.
Just google crock pot recipes and you'll find a million. By the way an older crock pot, I find is much better than the new ones. It's a little slower and that makes it better.
The newer ones are faster (oxymoron, huh, a faster slow cooker? ) because, well that's what people want today, missing the point completely. Anyway, do try a good pot roast in there, with what you like in there too.
Enjoy, and good luck.
Thanks so much for your input! Jenniep 11 months ago .
Like Maggo says there are thousands on the internet. These 3 are our favorite ones. CHICKEN WITH CREAMY GRAVY4 chicken breast halves or bonless chicken1 small container of sour cream1 cup chicken broth1 can cream of chicken soup1 envelope vegetable soup mix ( knorr is what I use) Place chicken in crockpot.
Strir ingredients together and pur over the chicken. Cook on low for about 5-8hours. The other one just use a jar of chicken gravy, creme of chicken soup and lipton onion soup mix.
Stir it all together and cook for the same amount of time as the other recipe. If you want saucey chicken. 1 pkg.
Dry mix spaghetti sauce 1 small can of diced tomatoes1 small can tomato sauce just put chicken in crockpot and sprinkle the packet of sauce mix all over it then add the tomatoes and the can of tomato sauce. Top it with parmeson cheese when done. Have fun searching for all kinds of recipes.
:) .
Thanks! Those all sound delicious, especially the first one! Jenniep 11 months ago .
I love my crock-pot! I have made chili in it!(so good) THE BEST. Pot roast with potatoes, celery, and carrots.( Vegatables on bottom.)Beef stew.
Chicken soup! Chicken cacciatore. I just made sauce for the first time last week and it came out good.
Google crockpot recipes. Thats what I did! You can make anything in a crockpot and it comes out good.
I'll include my open-source recipe for legumes: however many beans will fit (2-5 cups) and citrus fruit, about one lemon per 1.5 cups (or one lime or one tangerine per cup. ) Add water and cook down. The beans are fiber and so loosen the intestines and the citrus tightens back up again: no gas.
I like to fix crockpot barbecue chicken. You can also fix a roast in a crockpot. Just put the roast in, after searing all sides in a frying pan, season, toss in chopped veggies, and add water until the roast is almost fully covered.
Cook on high for 5 hours. Com/? Category_name=crockpot-recipes.
Look under tasteofhome. Com or allrecipes. Comthen under''crock pot recipes'' .
