3 She can't legally sign his name on a contact - he has to, or at least have power of attorney for him. That's fraud. Chances are that the dealer is liable for creating a debt document and not having the proper signatures.

Get a lawyer, or go to the dealer and tell them of the fraud. Their contract is not valid.
