Don't put the honey IN the tea because it kills off the beneficial stuff :-) When my throat gets scratchy, that's my first line of defense. Lately, gargling with salty water has been helping too. I'm going to try both of these.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
